North Sand Hills – Walden Sand Dunes

The North Sand Hills Special Recreation Area aka the Walden Sand Dunes is a great place to go play with your 4×4, motorcycle, side by side or atv. We spent most of last Sunday trying to extricate from far side of Government Creek after having underestimated the difficulty of coming back up a large sand hill we had descended on Saturday to get to camp.
